Thomas D. Begley, III has been named principal at the law firm of Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein, P.C.   Tom is an alumnus of Georgetown University Law School and Georgetown University College of Arts and Sciences. Mr. Begley was formerly a Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Wills, Trusts & Estates Department at Capehart Scatchard in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.  

Mr. Begley brings a depth of experience to our firm.  As a Certified Elder Law Attorney of the National Elder Law Foundation, he will be a tremendous asset to our clients. Mr. Begley’s practice includes Wills, Trusts, Estates, Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Estate, Trust Administration, and Estate Litigation.

When Thomas is not working, he spends his time with his children and granddaughter and works with his church.   Mr. Begley is a long time resident of New Jersey.

Mr. Begley’s paralegal, Sarah Marbach, will also be joining Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein, P.C.  Ms. Marbach and Mr. Begley worked together at his previous firm, Capehart Scatchard in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.   Ms. Marbach is a certified paralegal concentrating her experience in the field of estate and trust.  She is also a  long time resident of New Jersey.
