Meredith is an Associate with the firm’s Trust & Estate Department, and the Elder Law and Special Needs Practice Group. Her practice focuses on special needs planning, estate planning, guardianship & conservatorship, elder law and government benefits advocacy.

BIOGRAPHY

As an attorney and a mother to a child with Williams Syndrome, Meredith brings both competence and passion to her work.  Meredith began her law career as a civil litigator with the firm of Tucker, Heifetz and Saltzman, LLP.  Most recently, she was an associate at Rogers & Rogers, engaged in estate planning, probate administration, family law and real estate law.   She was trained as a parent advocate representing children and families in the area of special education through the Federation for Children with Special Needs. 

Attorney Greene is a member of numerous professional organizations including Council of Parent Attorney and Advocates, Inc., Special Needs Advocacy Network, Inc. and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  She is a parent-mentor through the Minute Man Early Intervention Program and participates in Operation House Call through the Arc of Massachusetts.

Attorney Greene received her law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and her BA in political science from the College of the Holy Cross, where she captained the women’s soccer team.

Firm Description

The Special Needs Planning Practice Group at Fletcher, Tilton & Whipple, P.C. serves families and individuals with special needs by drawing on a wealth of legal and practical knowledge and experience. Comprised of seven attorneys and a support staff of paralegals and administrative assistants, the SNP group is chaired by attorney Frederick M. Misilo, Jr.
