Estate Planning - I work with individuals and families to devisevalid estate plans to protect their assets and loved ones. A personalized estate plan may include including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives to give clients peace of mind that they have done everything to protect those they love --alleviating some of the stress in an already emotional situation.

Probate and Estate Administration - Whether an individual dies with or without a will, I can represent families to guide them through the complex Surrogate Court procedures for  administering estate assets.
