Lee (“Russ”) was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1997. He received his B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) in 1986 from Auburn University, his J.D., summa cum laude, in 1996 from Jones School of Law at Faulkner University, and his LL.M. in Taxation in 2000 from the University of Alabama.

Prior to practicing law, Russ practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the public, private and governmental sectors and founded and ran a local business. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, business and corporate, and estate planning.

Russ is a member of the Board of Directors of Child Protect, Inc. and is a native of Montgomery.
