Gathering her experience in government benefits and settlement planning from both the practice of law and healthcare compliance consulting, Annie Warner has assisted hundreds of attorneys and clients over the past several years. Prior to co-founding Warner Ferris, LLC, Annie served in various capacities at The Garretson Law Firm, LLC and the Garretson Resolution Group, including Lead Attorney, Associate General Counsel and Compliance Officer. In her tenure, Annie assisted nationally renowned attorneys in facilitating form of settlement elections in mass tort claimant groups and worked one-on-one with individuals in single event personal injury cases.

Annie earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Composition at DePauw University and her law degree at Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. Annie is also a Certified HIPAA Professional.

Annie is also a founding principal of Warner Ferris, LLC, a boutique settlement planning firm.  Warner Ferris is the culmination of industry experience, specialized knowledge and personal compassion for injured clients. Offering only the highest quality of client service, Warner Ferris partners with attorneys and their clients to resolve issues impeding final payout in complex planning situations while offering protection for all parties involved.
